1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Sprightly Securities or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Tour Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or an agreed deposit
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
  • Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer
  • A booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours

3. Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund (except severe weather)
  • Cancellations must be made via email or phone

4. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Attraction closures
  • Transportation issues
  • Government restrictions

5. Participant Responsibilities

  • Arrive at designated meeting points on time
  • Follow guide instructions for safety
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or mobility issues
  • Respect other participants and local communities
  • Carry appropriate identification

6. Age Requirements

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Some tours may have specific age restrictions
  • Child prices apply to ages 5-15
  • Infants under 5 are generally free (space permitting)

7. Liability and Insurance

Sprightly Securities carries public liability insurance. However:

  • Participants join tours at their own risk
  • We are not liable for personal belongings
  • We recommend travel insurance for all participants
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour

8. Health and Safety

  • Some tours involve walking on uneven terrain
  • Participants must be physically capable of tour activities
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions
  • First aid trained guides accompany all tours

9. Photography and Privacy

  • Photography may occur during tours for promotional purposes
  • Please inform your guide if you prefer not to be photographed
  • Participants may take photos for personal use
  • Commercial photography requires prior permission

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for tour cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, terrorism, or pandemic restrictions.

11. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints should be raised immediately with your tour guide or reported to us within 7 days of the tour. Disputes will be handled according to UK law and jurisdiction.
